Beyond Villas
The complex is constituted by 3 villas, built amphitheatrically with astonishing view, independent and fully equipped.
The villas are built with stone of 50-60 cm thickness. The frames are wooden and the panes double. The floors are made of marble and the roofs from wood.
Each villa offers separate private swimming-pool (with installation of ozone-UV and infrequent use of chloride), and opposite swimming. The verandas and the round space are made from wooden deck. For the water’s management, each villa has 1 deposit 8 K3, which collects the rain from the roofs. The management of sewages is done with biological cleaning. All the colors are eco labeled. The lightning exterior – interior is with economy energy lamps. The heating-which comes from the floors, the cooling and hot water of use are provided by a pump of heat with minimal consumption of electricity.
The parking is found in the top, while a downhill street and parallel stairs, serve the communication of the buildings between them and the path to the beach, which abstains roughly 100 m.
