Cutting Edge Villas
The complex consists of 3 villas independent and fully equipped, ideally located on the mountainside with stunning views, between the scenic fishing village of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach which has been awarded worldwide for its unique beauty.
The villas are built with walls 50-60 cm of thickness. The frames are made of wood and double glazing. The floors are marble, the roofs of wood or kourasani. Each villa has a separate private pool (with ozone-UV installation and rarely chlorine). Terraces and the surrounding area are with wooden deck. For water management, each villa has 1 K3 8 tank that collects rainwater from the roofs. The wastewater management is done by biological treatment. All paints are eco labeled. The lighting, exterior – interior, has economy lamps. The underfloor heating, the cooling and domestic hot water are provided by a heat pump with minimum power consumption. The parking lot is located at the top, while a downhill road and parallel stairs serve the communication of the buildings between them and the path to the beach, which is approximately 100 meters.
